Congratulations on five years of excellence
Today, Airports Council International’s Airport Service Quality program recognized Toronto Pearson as the Best Large Airport in North America, for the fifth year in a row.
We were also again recognized for Best Hygiene Measures, for the second year.
To achieve a recognition like this once is significant. Twice is outstanding. But to achieve it five times in a row, in the middle of the most tumultuous time our industry has ever experienced is nothing short of remarkable.
Whether you’re working remotely, serving our passengers in the terminals, keeping the airside running smoothly or ensuring their safety in the skies – and every important role in between - you have contributed to this achievement and for that you should be very proud.
