Neurodiversity Celebration Week is March 18 to 24!
Calling all members of our Toronto Pearson community! Join us in marking Neurodiversity Celebration Week from March 18 to March 24, 2024. This year’s theme, Empowering Neurodiverse Voices – Building a Culture of Inclusion, shows how important it is to make sure that everyone – whether they have neurodivergent needs or not – feels included, valued, heard and respected. I Am Toronto Pearson is proud to support Neurodiversity Celebration Week’s aim to be more inclusive, recognizing and accepting of all differences.
If you haven’t heard, our Sunflower Lanyard program is only one of the many ways we’re making our airport spaces more respectful and inclusive, especially for those with invisible disabilities, including neurodiverse disabilities. These lanyards help you identify passengers who may need extra help while going through our airport.
Here’s a list of places where you can direct passengers if they’re looking for their own Sunflower lanyard:
Terminal 1
Information Desk OR Lost and Found
Terminal 3
Information Desk
Check-in counters and on board all flights operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge and Air Canada Express
By mail in Ontario, when requested 14 days prior travel
