UP Express app being decommissioned
Please note that on June 27, the UP Express mobile app will be decommissioned as the UP Express website will be improved to a new user experience for easier navigation and ticket purchasing. No action is required by customers as there will be no changes to customer profiles or purchase flow.
All UP Express customers, including airport employees, can continue to purchase tickets through upexpress.com.
Any customers currently using the UP Express app to purchase tickets are encouraged to start using upexpress.com prior to the change. For related inquiries, please see the list of FAQs.
