Quality, Compliance and Groundside Airfield Maintenance Manager

Employer: Greater Toronto Airports Authority

Role: Step into a dynamic role where you'll lead and coach a team of airfield maintenance specialists who ensure the apron and airfield surfaces at Pearson are in excellent condition. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining safety and efficiency. Beyond this, you'll champion the quality assurance program and drive key performance indicators for the Airfield Operations business unit.

Key requirements: A post-secondary degree/diploma (or combination of education and relevant experience) and at least three years of experience managing or leading people and in administering airport operations, audit systems or management systems.

Senior Manager in Strategic Planning

Employer: Cyclone Manufacturing 

Role: At this innovative aerospace structural component manufacturer, you’ll steer the creation, implementation, and oversight of organizational strategies. You’ll lead dynamic cross-functional teams, conduct market and industry analyses, and identify growth opportunities. Your expertise will shine as you manage a team of analysts and planners, and spearhead transformative organizational change programs.

Key requirements: A degree in business administration or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred) and seven to 10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting or corporate strategy roles, with at least three years in a leadership capacity.

 

Sales Account Executive 

Employer: Unisync Group

Role: You'll drive new business for a leading provider of corporate apparel, uniforms, equipment supplies, and protective garments by sourcing and qualifying opportunities through market research that meet Unisync’s target customer profile. Weekly phone blocks will help engage potential new clients. You’ll craft and coordinate proposals that showcase Unisync’s expertise, products, and services, while managing all submission requirements and deadlines, including product samples and approved pricing components.

Key requirements: An undergraduate degree or equivalent and at least two years of sales-hunting experience.

 

Traffic Guard 

Employer: Paladin Security 

Role: Help keep Pearson moving. You’ll orchestrate the flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic in Pearson’s groundside area, conduct regular patrols, and provide information to the public on parking, stopping, and loading/unloading vehicles. Your role will be vital in ensuring smooth operations and providing essential information to travelers.

Key requirements: A valid Ontario security license, Level C first aid and CPR training, and certifications in use of force and management of aggressive behaviour (applicants can opt in to Paladin’s training program prior to onboarding for these). You must also be willing and able to work outdoors in all types of weather.

Supplier Management Intern (Summer 2025)

Employer: Bombardier

Role: For one year, you’ll contribute to Bombardier’s parts presentation project by building and setting up presentation dollies for all parts. You’ll also use CAD to design parts shadow layouts and work with operations, methods and logistics teams to ensure aligned phase rollouts.

Key requirements: You work well and communicate with your direct team and stakeholders, you’re organized and pay attention to detail and you can design layouts using CAD.

Food Service Cashier

Employer: SSP Canada

Role: You’ll be the friendly face that greets guests, processes orders and handles customer payments. You’ll also complete opening, ongoing and closing checklists, assist with cleaning and tackle other duties as assigned.

Key requirements: You can read, speak and understand English and are able to remember, recite and promote menu items. You’re also able to operate a keyboard and follow point-of-sale procedures, as well as perform basic math. You’ll need a food handler’s permit.

Aviation Regulatory Operations Officer

Employer: Greater Toronto Airports Authority

Role: You’ll maintain and develop plans that are critical to the airport’s operations and ensure regulatory compliance. Your work will cover vital areas such as creating plans to prevent runway incursions, updating our wildlife management plan and supporting our capital programs. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, conduct audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of airport safety and efficiency.

Key requirements: A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as airport management. At least three years of experience working with regulations in aviation and at least five years of experience in airport or airline operations.
