Senior Representative, Partnerships (Six-Month Term)
Employer: Greater Toronto Airports Authority
Role: You'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Toronto Pearson's major partners. This includes overseeing day-to-day tasks related to the partnership agreement, ensuring internal processes and protocols are followed and managing the promotion strategy of the partnership within the airport and beyond.
Key requirements: For this full-time unionized position, you’ll need a degree in a field such as business or marketing, five years of experience in event management, experiential marketing or marketing and the ability to obtain a Transport Canada security clearance.

Employer: HMSHost – Starbucks (in Terminal 1)
Role: The essential tasks include operating a cash register, knowing Starbucks’ products and services, helping clean and stock the work area and helping locate, reconcile and verify the accuracy of transactions.
Key requirements: Experience in handling cash and customer service is preferred.

Employer: Hudson Group
Role: You’ll control the receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods from this travel retailer’s local warehouse. Your duties will include monitoring the products received, comparing them to the original orders and advising of any discrepancies, and moving goods between the warehouse and shops, both physically and on the computer.
Key requirements: A high-school diploma, the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and two to four years of warehouse experience are essential.

Human Resources Business Partner
Employer: Bombardier
Role: Duties for this hybrid work position include making sure all of Bombardier's important HR processes, like pay reviews, annual leadership evaluations and employee engagement surveys are completed on time; working on ongoing projects to improve HR services (including management of workforce planning), and handling and resolving complex employee and labour-related issues.
Key requirements: Bombardier is looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of experience managing multiple HR functions in manufacturing, a bachelor's degree in a related field and a proven track record working with union-represented employees.

Employer: Sunwing Vacations Group
Role: This full-time day/night shift work involves managing air, hotel and ground transportation reservations for Sunwing's crew travel. That means you’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, including last-minute changes, new bookings due to schedule changes or delays and cancellations.
Key requirements: You'll need a minimum of three years of corporate travel experience. Previous airline reservation experience, proficiency using Amadeus GDS and knowledge of TTS are all assets.

Manager, Business Planning & Analysis
Employer: Greater Toronto Airports Authority
Role: Answering to the Financial Planning and Analysis associate director, you’ll provide financial reporting, annual planning, capital management and analytical support to the GTAA’s business units. You’ll also offer financial guidance and support on the implications of critical initiatives and operational decisions at the GTAA.
Key requirements: This full-time hybrid position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, a professional accounting designation, at least five years of experience in financial reporting for publicly accountable enterprises (including internal controls over financial reporting and other accounting tasks) and the ability to obtain Transport Canada security clearance.
