Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Employer: Unisync Group Limited
Role: This is a full-time position handling customer service enquiries at a uniform and protective garment company. As the dedicated representative for up to 10 major accounts, you’ll ensure customers receive an excellent service and that their orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
Key requirements: One to two years of customer service experience, bilingual in French and English, and able to work rotating shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. A college education is preferred.
Professional Engineer, Airworthiness
Employer: Bombardier
Role: Working at one of the world’s top manufacturers of business jets, you’ll take a leading role in obtaining the regulatory approvals that allow new aircraft designs and products to take flight. Sharing your regulatory, engineering and strategic expertise, you’ll help teams across the company devise solutions to complex certification problems.
Key requirements: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8 to 10 years of aerospace experience (ideally in airworthiness) and aircraft worthiness/certification experience.

Employer: A.S.P. Incorporated
Role: Safety and security are paramount at Pearson, and as an Access Control Officer you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that only people who have a need and a right can enter restricted areas. You’ll have a diverse range of responsibilities, including controlling ground-to-airside access doors, responding to alarms, performing patrols and operating security and parking equipment. At times, you may also be asked to take on customer-service duties such as removing snow and assisting with luggage.
Key requirements: You'll need a security license, basic first aid certification, a high-school diploma or grade 12 education and proficient computer skills.

Division Chief, Training Coordinator
Employer: Greater Toronto Airports Authority
Role: Working at Pearson’s unique Fire and Emergency Services Training Institute, you’ll help course attendees gain theoretical understanding and practical experience of firefighting. You’ll oversee an assigned learning program, including identifying and supervising instructors and mentors, procuring equipment and developing and evaluating courses in line with adult-learning best practices.
Key requirements: A post-secondary or technical school diploma/certificate (or equivalent combination of training, education and experience). You’ll also hold an NFPA 1041 – Level II certification as a fire service instructor or have an adult education certification or degree in education.

Registered Pharmacy Technician
Employer: MemberRx
Role: You’ll support dispensing activities at this pharmacy near the airport, which is focused on helping patients with complex health needs. You’ll use your expertise to fill, process and check prescriptions, navigate multiple reimbursement scenarios and coordinate patient deliveries.
Key requirements: You hold a pharmacy technician diploma and are an actively licensed pharmacy technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. You’ll also need a least two years’ experience as a pharmacy technician.
